How about your warranty?
SINO VEHICLE HUB WARRANTY: Terms and Conditions

SINO VEHICLE HUB WARRANTY (hereinafter referred to as “SVH”) is a service rendered by SINO VEHICLE HUB (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) to its direct Buyer(s) to cure the Buyer’s additional cost of losses, damages or malfunctions on their vehicle(s), purchased from or through Seller, during the vehicle’s shipping procedures destined to mutually agreed delivery point.

*Any and all “SINO VEHICLE HUB” or Seller below signify SINO VEHICLE HUB Co., Ltd., having its principal office in Beijing city, China.
**Any and all Buyer below signify a buyer, who directly negotiates the purchase of the vehicle from Seller.
*** Any and all “FOB” below signify the price of the vehicle alone finally agreed between Seller and Buyer.

1. Service Definition and Buyer’s Obligations to Claim for the Service Benefit

1.1 SVH Seller shall render SVH to Buyer as Seller’s services to cure the Buyer’s additional cost to recover the losses, damages or malfunctions on Buyer ’s vehicle(s), purchased from or through Seller, strictly under the conditions&

How To Report An Issue To Us

STEP 1: FIRST REPORT AND NECESSARY INFORMATION

If you notice any problems upon arrival of your vehicle, please contact us directly at BE FORWARD (top@beforward.jp).
You have two days (48 hours) after your collected the vehicle to report us the issues of your vehicle.
We will need all of the following from you:

  1. Photos of received vehicle(s), showing damage or missing items (where it was supposed to be) and videos are mandatory for mechanical issues. We need to be able to confirm all the symptoms and problems of your vehicle.
    * PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY PARTS OUT OF THE VEHICLE BEFORE REPORTING TO US
  2. Repair estimate written by a professional garage/workshop
    * Email text of hear-say (your email text: "My mechanic said to me it will cost $50 to repair this.") will not be satisfactory.
  3. Fill in "Damage Report" below and send it back to BE FORWARD (top@beforward.jp)

  6. Port's Report (please ask the Port Authority for this.)
    * PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH REPAIR WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP.

    STEP 2: BE FORWARD WARRANTY ASSESSMENT

    Once we have received all of the above, the issues of your vehicle will be escalated for internal assessment. We will inform you of the assessment result directly be email.
    Please note that additional information may be required depending on the nature of the problem.

    STEP 3: COMMENCEMENT OF REPAIR

    If your repair estimate is approved, we will ask you to proceed with repair and send us all the necessary materials so that we can confirm the repair completion.
    * PLEASE NOTE THAT BE FORWARD CANNOT REIMBURSE PRIOR TO REPAIR.

    STEP 4: CONFIRMATION OF REPAIR COMPLETION AND PAYMENT GUIDANCE

    We will check the content of the repair done to the vehicle with the photos and videos.
    If we can confirm that the approved repairs have been completed, we will guide you through the procedure of how to receive your compensation.
